Global operations, run from Amman.
Veilancy builds and manages dedicated remote teams in Amman for companies across the United States, the UK, Canada, Australia, and the Gulf — led by operators who work to international business standards and are accountable to your workflow.
The talent is already here. The structure was not.
Amman produces educated, bilingual professionals capable of running sales, support, technical, and back-office work for companies abroad. Most international businesses never reach them — not for lack of talent, but because accessing it usually means a local entity, local hiring, and managing an operation in an unfamiliar country.
Veilancy builds and owns that layer: recruitment, training, documentation, management, quality control, and reporting, so a client gets a working operation rather than a staffing problem abroad. The client keeps control of standards and priorities. We're accountable for whether the work gets done to them.
Your operation. Your standards. Your team in Amman.
Built from both sides of the table.
Veilancy was started by operators who have worked inside the kind of companies we now serve, including an American operator with direct experience of U.S. business culture, hiring standards, and client expectations. That perspective shapes how our Amman teams train: as a remote extension matching the tone, urgency, and accountability of the company they support — not an offshore vendor.
Engagements are scoped and reviewed personally, and every account has one named lead answerable for output. Our teams are held to the same standard a company would apply to an internal hire.
We work primarily with U.S. companies, and also support teams in the UK, Canada, Australia, and the Gulf. Amman's GMT+3 position gives meaningful overlap with Europe and the Gulf and a working handover into U.S. hours.
International standards. Amman execution. One accountable operation.
How we run every engagement.
Communication
Daily standups, weekly written summaries, and a single named point of contact per client. Response expectations and escalation paths are agreed before work starts.
Screening
Multi-stage assessment for English fluency, workflow fit, and technical aptitude. We test for the actual tasks a candidate will perform, not generic credentials.
Execution
Documented processes, built-in quality checks, and clear output ownership. Every engagement defines what's delivered and how it's measured before it scales.
How decisions get made.
- 01Client-specific, never genericA team is built around one operation. We don't run shared pools or rotate people between accounts.
- 02Document before scalingIf work only exists in someone's head, it can't be scaled, reviewed, or handed over. Documentation comes first.
- 03Measure performanceEvery engagement defines what's being measured before it starts, and reports against it on an agreed cadence.
- 04Hire selectivelyScreening depth is the product. It's cheaper to reject a candidate than repair a client relationship.
- 05Keep accountability clearOne named lead is answerable for output. Clients should never have to work out who to ask.
- 06Build for retentionRoles are designed to be worth keeping locally. Stability on our side protects continuity on yours.
- 07Scale deliberatelyCapacity expands when the numbers justify it — not when a contract renewal makes it convenient.
What we are and are not.
We are a managed operation
We recruit, train, document, manage, and report. You get output and a named lead accountable for it, not a résumé to supervise yourself.
We are not a staffing marketplace
No shared pools, no rotating freelancers, no seats filled by whoever is free that week. A team is built for one operation and stays with it.
We start small on purpose
Engagements begin as a scoped pilot with defined measures, so both sides can judge the work on evidence before anything scales.
We say no when we should
If a workflow isn't ready to hand over, or a control we can't meet is required, we'll tell you before a contract exists, not after.
